One packet of sugar-free maple & brown sugar instant oatmeal1/4 cup of canned pumpkin1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice1 single serving packet of Splenda or simialr1/2 cup of boiling water
Very simple. Just mix all ingredients together at once and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Then serve.

My first attempt was just okay, but I just didn't use enough pumpkin spice; my container was being difficult. I used apple cinnamon oatmeal and added a dash of milk (Vanilla Silk, actually) to help it cool down a little quicker and for taste. Super quick and easy and a filling breakfast! - 3/2/12
