Turkey Tacos (Regina Wood)

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey1 clove garlic, chopped 1 TBSP white wine vinegar1 TBSP Tequila1 TBSP chili powder2 tsp salt1/2 cup salsa5 Taco ShellsHead of Lettuce, shredded3 tomatoes chopped1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddarSalsa for dressing
Directions
Brown turkey meat with garlic, wine vinegar, tequila, chili powder and salt. Heat Taco Shells. Shred lettuce, chop tomatoes and grate cheese. Mix 1/2 cup salsa with turkey meat and heat. Serve as Tacos or Taco Salads. Use extra Salsa on top of tacos or salads.
