Baked Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients
3 cups rooled oats1/2 cup splenda brown sugar mix2 tsp. ground cinnamon2 tso baking powder3/4 tsp salt1 cup skim milk2 eggs1 Tbsp melted butter1/2 cup applesuace, unsweetened2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. In large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, & salt. Beat in milk, eggs, melted butter, applesauce & vanilla extract. Stir in cranberris and pecan. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for 40 min.
