Spicy Black Bean Soup

Olive Oil, 2 tbspGarlic, 10 cloveschopped onion, frozen, 1 (12 oz) bagCarrots, 1 cup, choppedjalapeno pepper, choppedColgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke, 2 tspTabasco Sauce, 2 tspKnorr Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon, 3 cubesCorn - Kroger White & Gold, 1 canBlack Beans, Kroger, 7 cans
1. Sauté garlic, onions and jalapeno pepper in olive oil until translucent, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the carrots, liquid smoke, Tabasco sauce, 1 bouillon cube and about 1 – 1˝ cups of water; simmer until carrots are tender (about 5 minutes).
3. Add the corn, beans (including liquid), boullion cubes and 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness.
