Mexican Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, cut up0.5 tbsp of Onion Powder1 can of Diced Tomatoes1 can of Chopped Green Chiles1 packet of Taco Seasoning3 servings of spaghetti (8oz)Shredded Cheese4 cups of water/tomato juice (Use juice from tomatoes and then fill with water to make 4 cups
Directions
In a 12" deep skillet, brown chicken with oil/spray and onion powder.

Add tomatoes, chiles, water and seasoning packet and bring to boil. Add noodles and simmer covered for 25 minutes. Add desired amount of cheese on top after plating.

I also added just a little salt in the last few minutes of cooking. Maybe a half teaspoon.

Makes about 6 servings that are 3/4-1 cup.
