Quick Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 med onion, diced1 clove garlic, diced1 green pepper, diced1 lg can diced tomatoes1 can chili beans1 can black beans1 can kidney beans1 lg can green chilis1 Tsp chili powder2 bay leavessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a dutch oven with cooking spray.
Dice the onion, garlic and green pepper.
Cook over medium heat until wilted.
Brown the ground beef in a separate pan and drain.
Add the meat, tomatoes, chili beans, black beans, kidney beans, green chilis, chili powder, bay leaves, salt and pepper to the dutch oven.
Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes.

Serve over rice and top with shredded cheese.

Makes about 8 servings.
