Ingredients
1 can of chick peas1 can of diced tomatoes2 TBSP of Canola Oil2 Medium Onions (chopped)1 inch cinnamon stick1 bay leaf4 cloves2 cardamon pods5 peppercorns8 cloves garlic3/4 inch ginger1 tsp Dhania Jeera1 tsp Channa MasalaPinch of turmeric1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Heat oil. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon and peppercorns.

brown onions; Add ginger and garlic

Add all powdered spiced; cook well

Add tomatoes, cook 10 minutes

Add chick peas and lemon juice

Cook 20 minutes
