Cheesecake Mousse with Fresh Blackberries

4 cups Cold 2% Milk1 package Jell0 Cheesecake pudding mix1 package Jello Sugar Free and Fat Free Vanilla pudding mix1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped1.5 cup whipped heavy cream4-5 Fresh Blackberries per serving
Chill metal bowl and whisk.
Combine the pudding mixes in a bowl. Add milk and whisk until pudding is soft set. Add in the vanilla seeds and combine well. Place pudding in the refrigerator.
Add the cold whipping cream to the bowl and whisk. Whisk cream until it is thick and stiff peaks form.
Add the whipped cream and fold into the pudding.
Spoon mousse into pretty dessert dishes. Top with 4-5 Fresh Blackberries.
Serving Size= 1/3 cup
