Crockpot Beef Bottom Round Roast

2-3 lb bottom round roast3 medium carrots or a bag of baby carrots6 Yukon Gold potatoes (or any potato you like)0.5 tsp salt for tasteAny fresh or dried herbs you'd like to use
1. Place roast in crockpot on high for 3 hrs. Add seasonings/herbs.
2. Add potatoes and carrots; cook on high for another 3 hours or until meat is tender and potatoes and carrots are soft.
Note: If you want to cook it while you are at work all day (depending on how many hours you work), place roast, potatoes and carrots in at the same time before you leave on low. Will be done by the time you get home.
