1 whole raw beet w/greens1/2 c raw spinach1/2 c carrots1 whole lemon1 tsp ginger root1 tsp olive oil4 cups water
Directions
Peel and slice all vegetables. Add to blender with water and blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
