Summer Salad

Ingredients
1.5c Snow Peas, tipped1 red bell pepper1 yellow bell pepper2c cherry tomatoes2tbsp fresh chives, chopped1/2c feta cheese1 lemon, juicedFresh ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
Chop all vegetables into 1/2 inch pieces and cherry tomatoes in half. Chop chives slightly smaller.

Add feta, lemon juice and black pepper and combine.

Makes 6 1 cup servings.
