Ingredients
2 cups 1 inch chopped green beans2 medium potatoes peeled and diced1 cup chopped onion1 tbsp oil1/2 tsp cumin seeds1/4 tsp asafetida1/2 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp amchoor powder
Directions
heat oil
add cumin let crackle
add onions saute till translucent
add potatoes, green beans, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder and salt. cover and cook on low flame until vegetables are tender
add garam masala and amchoor
serve with roti
