1 16-oz flank steak, grilled to medium16 flour tortillasshredded lettucediced tomatoes (3)2 cups shredded cheddar cheeseguacamole (homemade - 2 avocados, lime juice, garlic, and tomatoes)
Directions
Slice flank steak into thin strips, making the strips as thin as you can.

Arrange the steak strips on a tortilla shell and add lettuce, tomato, cheese, and guacamole
