Caramel Glaze

Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter1/4 evaporated milk1 cup brown sugar, not packed
Directions
Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until bubbling and light brown in color. Do not overcook to a copper color as it will be burned and bitter. Makes 16 servings about 1 tbsp.
