Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
2-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Diced2 lb Frozen Hashbrowns1 Pint Sour Cream1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup1 C (more or less, to your preference) Cheddar CheeseMinced Onion, Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook Chicken breasts and dice. Melt butter and mix with Cornflakes. This will be the topping. Mix Chicken and all other ingredients and spread into a 9*12 pan. Cover with Cornflake mixture. Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours.
