Ingredients
Cut chicken into small pieces and saute over medium heat. Add minced garlic, onions and celery. Cook for 5 mins. Add rest of ingredients and simmer. Serve over brown/white rice mix.Also very good with 1 cup of chickpeas added to recipe!
