Strawberry Pineapple Banana 100% Fruit Smoothie

1/2 Banana (Frozen)1/2 can Pineapple in 100% Juice5-6 Frozen StrawberriesDash of waterOptional:A large handful of fresh spinach (a great way to get more veggies and it doesn't effect the taste of the smoothie).
1. Put the pineapple (with 1/2 of the can of juice), a dash of water, and the banana (and the spinach if desired) in a blender and blend well.
2. Add the strawberries one by one to taste and texture.
The smoothie should be able to blend smoothly through the blender. If it isn't, add a bit of water until it is moving!
(Note: the frozen banana is what makes it super creamy. I keep a bag of them in my freezer for ease).
