2.5c King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour1t Salt1c Water1 yeastCornmeal for baking sheet
Add ingredients to bread maker and set according to dough directions.
Cut dough in half and shape 2 baguetts to desired length.
Preheat oven to 375.
(Place a pan of water in the oven during preheat and for 20 minutes of baking time. Or spray dough with water while rising and a few times while baking)
Sprinkly cornmeal on baking sheet and place dough on sheet. Set aside, uncovered, to rise for 30 min or until doubled.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove and cool slightly before cutting.
