2 cups Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Cinnamon4 Bananas, Mashed1 Egg1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce3 tbsp Honey1/2 orange juice
Heat oven to 350F. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in a bowl and blend. In another bowl mash bananas, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out of middle clean.
Cool on rack. Makes 12 Servings
