Rosemary Chicken with White Beans

Ingredients
2 tbsp oil4-6 chicken breasts1 cup carrots, sliced1/2 cup celery1 cup white beans, drained & rinsed1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp rosemary1/3 cup fat free Italian dressing
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken in hot oil. Remove and drain. Place carrots, celery and beans in crock pot.

Combine salt, pepper, rosemary and Italian dressing and pour over ingredients in crock pot.

Stir slightly to combine. Cover, cook on low 8-9 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
