Beef pot roast with balsamic onions

Ingredients
2 1/2 lb beef chuck roast1 large onion1/3 c balsamic vinegarSalt, pepper, garlic powder to tasted
Directions
place roast in crock pot, surround with onions. drizzle balsamic vinegar and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until it falls apart.
