Ingredients
Ingredients:*Hormel 97% Fat Free Ham, 3 ozEgg, fresh, 5 largeEgg white, 1 serving*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cupCottage Cheese, Nonfat, 0.5 cup (not packed)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cupPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cupOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray then line each cup with a piece of thinly sliced extra lean ham. Mix all other ingredients together. Feel free to add as many vegetables with as much variety as sounds good. Mix well, then pour mixture in 12 equal amounts in muffin cups. Bake at 350F until firm but not overcooked, appx. 20 minutes.
