Heat pan. Place chopped veggies in, then chop up sausage, add egg beaters and egg and scramble away.

I have taken out the mushrooms because I am extremely alergic to them, replaced with green pepper and red onion and it is simply delicious. - 1/25/11

Yikes! Glad you did. The beauty of these scrambles is they're a great way to get your veggies, and I find I end up adding whatever I have in my fridge.
