Ingredients
Finely chop 1 head of brocooli to pea size chunksFinely dice 1 6 oz. pkg. mushroomsFinely dice 1/2 white onion1 trbsp minced garlicsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves 4
Pan fry ingredients in olive oil until seared.
If desired you can stuff tomatoes or bell peppers or put over brown rice.
