4 Cups thin sliced leeks (about two large)2 cans red kidney beans, reserving the liquid of one can2 Tblsp Molasses2 Tblsp Canola oil1 cup vegetable broth
Heat oil in large fry pan. Saute thinly slice leeks in oil over medium heat until limp. Add beans and reserved liquid from one can, molasses and vegetable broth. Heat through. Thicken if needed/preferred (Nutritional info does not reflect thickening.).
