6 oz. Silk Soy Milk - light chocolate flavor1 scoop Mint Chocolate Dymatize Whey Protein Isolate1 tsp. Sugar Free/Fat Free chocolate pudding mix14 ice cubes
Put first three ingredients and 10 ice cubes in blender. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ice cubes and continue to blend until no ice chunks are left, 1-2 minutes.
