Broccoli bean soup

Ingredients
2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed1 bunch celery, chopped4 cloves garlic, crushed1 package frozen spinach1 package frozen broccoliwater to desired consistencysalt/pepper/spices to tasteParmesan cheese if desired
Directions
Bring vegetables and water to boil. Cook until vegetables semi-soft. Either add beans and puree with immersion blender, or let cool and puree in batches in regular blender. Return to pot, stir to combine, and re-heat. Add water to reach desired consistency and spices to taste. Nutrition info includes 1 T light parmesan cheese.
