chocolate cake with white chocolate glaze cupcakes

Ingredients
1 package (18 oz) dry chocolate cake mix3/4 cup egg substitute3 (2.5 oz ea) pureed baby food prunes3/4 C warm water2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules2 T canola oilGlaze -1/2 cup white chocolate chips1 tablespoon milk
Directions
I have make these into cupcakes...even though the recipe started out as a bundt cake .... that way I only pull one out of the freezer to eat it.
*preheat oven to 350
*use cupcake holders and fill 1/2 way
*beat cake mix with egg substitute, prunes, water, coffee granules and oil in large bowl for about 2 min. pour into prepared cupcake pan.
*bake 17-20 min
***glaze, combine white chocolate and milk...microwave slowly and stir....pour just a little (spread evenly) over cupcakes....sometimes it's just a little on top to taste....glaze is optional.
