Broccoli, Bacon, Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
5 eggs3/4 c skim milk1/2 c shredded cheese5 slices bacon1/2 c broccoli florets, best if chopped into smaller pieces1 - 9" pie crustoptional: cayenne pepper, regular pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the bacon in the microwave until crispy and drain off the grease. When done, blot between paper towels and when cool, crumble into smaller pieces.
While bacon is cooking, mix together eggs with milk until blended together, set aside.
Put the broccoli, bacon, and cheese into pie crust, and toss them together.
Pour in the egg/milk mixture and any desired spices and make sure other ingredients are slightly covered so they won't burn.
Put in oven for approx. 1 hr. Quiche is done when top is slightly browned and knife comes out clean when inserted in middle.
Makes 6 pieces.
