GF Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup GF oat flour1/4 cup tapioca starch1/2 tsp xanthan gum3/4 tsp baking soda3/4 cup butter (I used coconut oil)1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup steviva blend1 egg2 tsp vanilla2 1/2 cup GF oats1 1/2 cups unsweetened, dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter (or melt coconut oil). Beat in egg, suagr and steviva blend. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes.
Let sit on sheet for a few minutes until set before transferring to a cookie sheet.
