1 lb. 93/7 Lean Ground Beef1 medium Onion, diced1 c. Celery, diced2 c. Elbow Macaroni (measured dry)21 1/4 oz. (2 2/3 c.) Vegetable Juice (V8)1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup (25% Less Sodium)32 oz. Diced Tomatoes, drained1 Tbsp. Chili Powder2 tsp. Garlic Powder1 tsp. OreganoSalt & Pepper to taste
Cook macaroni 3/4 of the way done, drain and set aside but keep warm.
Brown ground beef, onion, and celery until no longer pink and drain. Add vegetable juice, tomato soup, tomatoes, spices and cooked macaroni.
You can either simmer for 5 minutes or until macaroni is fully cooked or bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes or until heated through and noodles are done.
