Open Face Tuna Salad on Tomatoes with Radishes & Apples,

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole slicedTuna, Canned in Water, 2 can Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp *Kraft Real Mayo, 2 tbsp Radishes, 6 large choppedGreen Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped Royal Gala Apple, 1 chopped*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Cumin powder, 1 tbsp Red Onions, 2 tbsp chopped Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Mix together Tuna, Mustard, Mayo, radishes, green onion, apple pieces, salt (to taste ~ I added Garlic Plus Seasoning to the mix in place of the salt)
Heat up Olive oil in skillet, add sliced tomatoes (flat on bottom of pan) and top with cumin powder. Top tomatoes with tuna mixture and cook for 1-2 minute and then flip and heat for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
