93% Lean Ground Beef, 8 oz (1/2 lb)Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1/4 cupEgg, fresh, 1 medium Garlic powder, 1 tbspTabasco Sauce, 1 tspShredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup
Mix groud beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, tabasco sauce and herbs together.
Form into eight balls. Then place a small amount of cheese in the middle of each ball and close the ball up.
Place on heated frying pan (I used PAM on mine) and cook for 20 min.
Makes eight meatballs.
