Using Up Stuff Salad

Ingredients
1 bag spinach greens1 11oz can mandarin oranges, lightly drained1 6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrainedhalf a cob of sweetcorn, cooked, cooled & cut2 medium carrots, grated6 slices ready-to-eat bacon, chopped1 cup cooked bulgar, cooled
Directions
Using a large serving fork, gently combine all ingredients except greens. Just before serving, toss together or layer on a salad plate. May be served cold or room temperature. Yield: 6 1-cup servings.
