Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients
4 cups potatoes, diced0.5 cup celery chopped0.5 cup carrots chopped0.25 cup onions chopped1 tsp. parsley flakes0.5 tsp. salt2 cans chicken broth1 cup cheddar cheese1.5 cup milk3 or 4 T. flour
Directions
Mix potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, salt and broth in pot, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with flour and slowly add milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese and stir until melted.
