Kickin Buttermilk Faux Fried Chicken

1/3 cup milk(no fat)1 tsp lemon juice1/8 tsp paprika12 oz chicken breasts(cut into strips)1/3 cup fiber one cereal1/3 cup croutons1 tbsp dry onion soup mix
1. Combine buttermilk and paprika in a ziplock bag. Mix well. Add chicken tenders, seal bag. Toss to coat.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 375
4. crush cereal and croutons in a large bowl.
5. Drain chicken. Caot each tender with crumb mixture and arrange on cookie sheet.
6. Bake 25 minutes or until crisp and done, turning once after 10 minutes.
