Juanita's Mashed potatoes

5 medium red potatoes4 tbsp light mayowater
Peel and dice potatoes. Put into sauce pan and cover with water. Boil for 15 to 20 mins until potatoes are fork tender. Drain water, reserving 1/4c. Pour water back over potatoes mash with tater masher. Stir in mayo. Serve warm. Makes 4 (1/2cup) servings.
