Peach Crisp

Ingredients
Filling 2 cans of light peaches2 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp sugar1tbsp corn starchTopping 2 cups of quick oats3 tsp vanilla4 tsp cinnamon2/3 cup of brown sugar2 tbsp smart balance extra virgin olive oil margarine
Directions
Mix first four ingredients and place into 9-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the peaches. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
