Chicken & Jalapeno Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cooked in a little EVOO and choppedJalapenos to taste - I use several3 tomato slices, chopped2 oz mozzarella cheese (part-skim)1/2 C pizza sauce (I used Ragu)Pizza Crust mix - prepare as directed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare mix as directed. Once the dough has risen for about 5 minutes, pat into a 13X9 pan. Prick the dough with a fork, and put into oven for about 5-7 minutes. Take out of the oven, and put pizza sauce, chicken, jalapenos, tomatoes and cheese on top. Place back into the oven for about 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 9 slices.
