Vickie's Homemade Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients
* Turkey (light meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove) * Turkey Gravy, 1.5 cup (remove) * Turkey (dark meat), 1 cup, chopped or diced (remove) * Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)# Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute all veggies in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add turkey and gravy. Spoon into pie tins, cover with pie crust.

Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes or until bubbling and crust is golden.
