Broccoli Rice Au Gratin

5 C cooked brown rice1- 10 oz. package frozen broccoliCheese Sauce:1/4 C butter2 C cheddar cheese, shredded1 C milk1 t dry mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Cook rice according to package directions.
In sauce pan, melt butter. Add cheese, milk, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until melted and combined.
In 9x13 pan, combine rice and broccoli. Pour cheese sauce over the top and gently mix until mostly combined.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Makes 12, 3/4 C servings.
