Lime Ginger Chicken Soup

Ingredients
3 3oz chicken breasts3 large onions, chopped3 large carrots, chopped or sliced thinly1 oz of lime juice3 tsps garlic, chopped4 tsps ginger, pureed12 cups water1 cup brown rice cayenne pepper to taste salt to taste
Directions
Thow all ingredients except for the rice , salt and papper, into a large slow cooker. Turn the cooker on to high and cook for 5 hours. Add the rice and cook for another hour. Taste and add the salt and cayenne as needed.

Will serve up 10, 1 cup servings.
