Jennifer's Slow Cooker pork chops & rice

Ingredients
6 boneless pork loin chops (approx. 4 oz. each)1 medium onion, quartered1 cup great value brown rice1 (10.5 oz) can great value 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 cup waterMrs. Dash seasoning of choice
Directions
Place rice in bottom of slow cooker. Add cream of mushroom soup, water and onion. Place pork chops on top. Season with Mrs. Dash. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

    I tried it. Loved the flavor of the rice, but it was mushy and the pork chop was too dry. If I try again, I'll reduce the water. - 8/12/14
