Ingredients
1/2 banana1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt2 TBSP bran flakes1/2 TBSP semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Mash banana in a small bowl. Stir in yogurt until both are blended. Top with bran flakes and chocolate chips. Makes 2/3 cup. 2 points Could use any high fiber cereal.
