Orange tofu smoothie Version 2

Ingredients
1/2 orange (frozen)1/2 small banana (frozen)8 ounces Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla milk3 teaspoons splenda (or to taste)3 ounces silken lite firm tofu (I use Mori-Nu)2 teaspoon vanilla extract2 Tablespoons pure whey protein powder1/2 cup cold water
Directions
Put all ingredients, except water in a powerful blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Drizzle water in blender if it gets to thick to blend until it reaches your desired consistency.

Makes one very large serving.

Filling and delicious. Serve with 6 almonds on the side to round out the meal and make it in the Zone.
