Bing's Big Salad!

Turkey Breast MeatRomaine (for crunch)Spinach (because it is the "perfect food"Spring Mix (optional)Grated Parmesan CheesePumpkin Seeds (or sunflower seeds)Spray Balsamic DressingShredded CarrotsAny other raw veggies you like
Directions
I like to get out a big stainless steel bowl and some salad tongs to mix this all up. Spray the dressing 10 times, stir, repeat.

Transfer to a nice looking bowl and get ready for a meal. The time you saved making this instead of cooking you will make up for in chewing! Ha!
