Cheese Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 low carb tortilla2 tbsp pizza sauce (Contandina)1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Place tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Spread pizza sauce all around, top with cheese and microwave for aproximately 45 seconds.
(Cooking times may vary depending on microwave.) Remove from microwave and let cool for a minute, roll it up and enjoy this tasty treat!

You can add other toppings too, just remember to calculate the nutritional value in.

It's easy, simple and even the kids can do it!

    excelent yummy abit bland but u can add tht little bit of salt and papper not to much to ruin your diet - 7/28/08
