Slow Cooker Vegetarian Spagehetti Sauce

Ingredients
Diced Tomatoes, 2 14.5oz cansWhole Tomatoes, 14.5oz canTomato Paste, 2 TbspZucchini, 2 medium, sliced in 1/4" piecesOnion, 1 medium, choppedYellow Bell Peppers 1 pepper, choppedGreen Bell Peppers, 1/2 pepper, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves, mincedItalian Seasoning, 2 tsp Salt, Pepper & Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and allow to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
2. Serve hot over pasta or rice.
