Spicy Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans, rinsed1/2 cup Vegetable Broth (Low sodium preferred)1/2 cup Water1/4 cup Salsa1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (Or to taste)Small slice of Velveeta cheese (Optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients except velveeta cheese into a blender and puree until well blended. Pour into a saucepan and heat up. Add in Velveeta when it's hot. Stir until well blended. Serve!
You can add a little salt and pepper if you find it a little bland, but if you have a flavorful salsa, you usually don't need to!
