1 lb of ground beef1 small onion, chopped (approximately 1 cup)1 (6oz) can of tomato paste1 packet of Williams Sloppy Joe's Seasoning
Start by browning 1 pound of ground beef. Add chopped onion when meat starts to turn from red to brown. After beef is completely browned and onions are cooked, drain fat. Add tomato paste, water, and seasoning. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
*Serve with whole wheat buns for a healthier option.
